And the chair, too

These little guys are fun to make! The back and arms are made of regular cardboard, padded with fun foam. The base is made from foamcore and the cushions and pillows are also fun foam. The fringe is grosgrain ribbon with one edge cut off and then fringed. I used square glass beads for the feet. I won't make too much more until I actually have the house so I can see what fits but I'm glad to know that I can do this. Now the accessories may be entirely different. :-)

Maybe this won't be so hard after all...

Here's the little 1:24 sofa I made today sitting on top of a 1:12 sofa made from the original pattern. I scanned and shrunk the original pattern by 50%. Next up will be a wing chair.
After that first photo I added a sofa cushion. That makes the little couch look more complete. Looking at it in this picture, you can't tell how small it is. I think that's a good thing.

Next up is a matching wing chair.
