Pink dishes, that is. I spent some time playing with leftover scraps of clay today and these two sets of dishes are the result. I think the brown and pink ones look like ironstone and the pink swirl ones look more like handthrown pottery.
De, your dishes look awesome! Are you free forming them or using some kind of mold. I am still trying to figure out the best way to make dishes. Well plates mainly!
I've been happily married for 33 years to my high school sweetheart and we have three great kids. All are young adults. I'm currently working part time as an instructional assistant at the local elementary school. My mini life is especially important to me because it takes me away (better than a bubble bath!) from the stresses of real life. I've been involved with mini-ing since the late 1980s with a break for about 10 years while my children were young.
My faith and my family are very important to me. I am so thankful that God blessed me with the gift of creativity!

Very pretty! I'm wanting to make some dishes for my dollhouse too!
Perfectly pink and "sassy." :-)

I didn't use a mold for the plates - I just sliced pieces off a cane, pressed a paint pen end into the center and kind of formed the plates freehand.
very pretty- I like the swirl set the best- I really like the ruffled edges:)
Knowing they are hand formed makes them even prettier! Well done!!!
