These tools were not easy to do. I had a lot of trouble making the pieces stick together. My metal to metal glue didn't hold the metal pieces together like it should have so I had to experiment with glues. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the tongs but I do like the spatula, fork and sauce brush.

You've got to have the right tools
These tools were not easy to do. I had a lot of trouble making the pieces stick together. My metal to metal glue didn't hold the metal pieces together like it should have so I had to experiment with glues. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the tongs but I do like the spatula, fork and sauce brush.

To me it looks BBQ cutlery just like real life, well done. I use a powerful contact adhesive. When is the BBQ? I'll come along :-))

Your tools look great! What did you use for the handles? Beads? Chopsticks? I would love to know how you made these! :D

Thank you all! Kathi, the handles are made from fancy cocktail toothpicks. I'll see if I can do a tutorial for these in the next few days.
