The table is set to enjoy coffee and some of that apple pie. The cupboard has the extra dishes.
There's a pot of stew simmering over the fire for later. A handmade doily and the family Bible decorate the mantel.
A wash stand with pitcher and bowl stands ready in the corner. There's a mirror over the peg rack and a rifle resting near the door.
I ordered the outhouse, a cradle and a rocking chair with some birthday money tonight. I'm not sure what all will fit but I can always use the furniture somewhere else if it doesn't work in the cabin.

You amaze me with how fast you can put everything together! It looks really good. Now I want a log cabin and I don't need one! LOL! Can't wait to see more!
Gaye
Thanks, Gaye! I didn't need one either but it's sure fun!
It is great De. I love how you are doing it just like it would have been back then. It is all coming together so nicely and the "log" furniture is great. (You need a little chamber pot to put under the bed.)
Very beautiful cabin, one you would want to spend some time away in. God has blessed you with a wonderful talent.

Thank you!
It's fun to see your cabin come to life with all of these accessories.
You've done a great job!
Thanks, Kathi!
Lovely cabin and full of accesories.
Meli
I love all the interior accessories and furniture! I am now on a tear to collect more for mine although I've had several pieces and my kitchen for years! Now if DH will just hurry up and get it done! LOL!
Jody
Thank you, Meli and Jody. I love to make the furniture so I'm having fun with this part.
