Some friends in my online forum suggested I post a photo of the utility shelf items with a penny just to give a better idea of scale. I posted it there but I thought you'd all be interested too. :0)
Your half scale house is wonderful!! The printables you made for the kitchen are amazing. I love that you have made so many things yourself. Your fimo couch and chair looks great. Great accessories too. Half scale is really so much smaller most people would imagine.
Thank you so much, Jean! I'm really learning a lot of new skills as I work with this scale. I can just look at things and know whether they will work for 1:12. My eye for 1:24 is not as accurate. I'm working on it, though. :0)
I've been happily married for 33 years to my high school sweetheart and we have three great kids. All are young adults. I'm currently working part time as an instructional assistant at the local elementary school. My mini life is especially important to me because it takes me away (better than a bubble bath!) from the stresses of real life. I've been involved with mini-ing since the late 1980s with a break for about 10 years while my children were young.
My faith and my family are very important to me. I am so thankful that God blessed me with the gift of creativity!
