And the chair, too

These little guys are fun to make! The back and arms are made of regular cardboard, padded with fun foam. The base is made from foamcore and the cushions and pillows are also fun foam. The fringe is grosgrain ribbon with one edge cut off and then fringed. I used square glass beads for the feet. I won't make too much more until I actually have the house so I can see what fits but I'm glad to know that I can do this. Now the accessories may be entirely different. :-)

These are so cute! Where did you get your original pattern from or did you just cut the shape out yourself?

My original patterns came from the book Making Miniatures in 1/12 Scale by Venus and Martin Dodge. I scanned the patterns and reduced them by 50% to get the correct size. The wing chair pattern was altered by me - it wasn't originally a wing chair.
